jonnyb Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 Well the banshee blew up last weekend. Dan Hull @ A&S racing thinks it blew because my buddy trying to do me a favor and rebuilding my top end last fall didn't put the c clips on the wrist pin on right. They came out on the right cylinder last weekend while riding and the bearing exploded and got all into the motor top and bottom. Dan's redoing my motor and won't be done till first week of May. I want to ride, but at the same time can't Waite to see the magic that he works. Oh well another three weeks to go. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 wow that sucks! how do you put a circlip in wrong? thats about as simple as it gets Quote
jonnyb Posted April 15, 2008 Author Report Posted April 15, 2008 I'm not sure my buddy did it. But Dan said something like when you get in the grove you turn it for some reason. I watched my buddy do it, he did get it into the grove but didn't turn it. Quote
