I hate waiting!

Well the banshee blew up last weekend. Dan Hull @ A&S racing thinks it blew because my buddy trying to do me a favor and rebuilding my top end last fall didn't put the c clips on the wrist pin on right. They came out on the right cylinder last weekend while riding and the bearing exploded and got all into the motor top and bottom. Dan's redoing my motor and won't be done till first week of May. I want to ride, but at the same time can't Waite to see the magic that he works. Oh well another three weeks to go.

wow that sucks! how do you put a circlip in wrong? thats about as simple as it gets

I'm not sure my buddy did it. But Dan said something like when you get in the grove you turn it for some reason. I watched my buddy do it, he did get it into the grove but didn't turn it.

Hmmm,I never turned my circlips. Is this an issue. My bikes been doing great. Love the jugs also!

i never turn mine either they should be fine as long as both side snap into the groove you should be good
