njbanshee Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 After doing some research, i went with Jeff at f.a.s.t racing. He has ported my stockers and my cubs. Do some research on here, but your gonna hear passion, patriot, juggs, and a couple more. Quote
race-a-holic Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 I had Jeff's(F.A.S.T.) drag ported stock cylinders.I was very impressed with how fast it was. That was with stock stroke too. Quote
00tbanshee Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 kevin herr did mine and couldn't ask for anything better Quote
rjatv Posted March 27, 2008 Report Posted March 27, 2008 Try Denny at FLOTEK he does great work and his prices awesome. Quote
banshee332 Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 Im a passion guy. 3 years ago Jim built bud kabina a 12 port drag ported 4mill it pulled 86 rear wheel hp on a dynojet. It still needed tuned and could of pulled more. since then Jim has worked more with his software and could pull more hp with the same basic design but just a little different port layout. 1 Quote
gregrob Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 I heard passions stuff was hard to get jetted and tuned. Have you guys experienced this? Quote
bansheeqc Posted March 28, 2008 Author Report Posted March 28, 2008 (edited) HI, thank for the answear banshee332, your 86hp it's on gas or alky? 00tbanshee how much horse power at the rear wheel ? I do some research, and i find other name: port magic k & t rdz white knuckle gassrx the real mccoy some people have try this, or other drag porting? Edited March 28, 2008 by bansheeqc Quote
dajogejr Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 IMO...it's a double edged sword. For drag racing, the three top builders in my opinion, who have set records are RDZ, A&S and Rudy Kurtz (Port Magic) RDZ builds one stout stock cylinder drag bike, as does Dan @ A&S and Rudy @ Port Magic. The double edged sword is Rob @ RDZ and A&S can be hit or miss on communication. Right about now, there's the biggest sand drag event in the country getting ready to start in about 2 or 3 weeks. The big builders are gearing up for that...so, right now is a bad time to get just about anything done.... Quote
625banshee Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 Get Port Magic Racing i watched alot of his motors run and i was never disappointed, i just got my motor back from him. Quote

This was gas (turbo blue) Jim from passion racing's number is 918-232-3950 if you want to talk to him about it. It was not mine it was bud kabinas but I have rode it before and was pretty impressive for a 4mill non triple port exhaust Edited March 28, 2008 by banshee332 Quote
bansheeqc Posted March 29, 2008 Author Report Posted March 29, 2008 (edited) thank you very much for all info. I'm actually in reflexion, 1)Get my stock cylinder ported 2)or going with cub (421 or 434) or super cub (472)... what do you think about that? how many horse and faster compare to drag port job on stock cylinder if it's cub: ported or not and the best porter for cub I saw RDZ supercub block, piston and head, fully ported for about 1600 bucks, that's nice? What's the difference between a cub fully and a unported one's?because the cub it's not a race ready block? best to buy a cub ported from a company, or buy unported and get good drag port job by a porting shop? What is the best place to buy a cub? and average price for the best way thank you very very much bansheeQC Edited March 29, 2008 by bansheeqc Quote
BansheeDan Posted April 4, 2008 Report Posted April 4, 2008 Call Nate McCoy He is the man!!! well dan at a&s ported the cyls i have now........and on race gas they make approx 80 hp on (no joke) stock carbs that is with no air box and cpi inframes the bike went 4.9's pretty consistant with me on it in an unlightened chassis many ppl here have seen my bike and others dan has built run.........the guy dosent hold the title"fastest atv on the planet" for nothing my cyls arent even full drag ported......just a pretty aggressive trail port Dan Quote
shanYE west Posted April 4, 2008 Report Posted April 4, 2008 (edited) I think last time I talked to Nate about stock cylinders he said he doesn't do them anymore and he pretty much only does CP cyilnders. For stock cylinders RDZ racing has the record for fastest stock cylinder 350 A&S builds a mean stock cylinder motor too I've heard alot of good things about Rick Cairo and Rudy Kurtz but I dont think I've actually seen any of them run though..
