robsully5150 Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Will new aftermarket carbs eliminate the tors bull from my banshee? If I get pwk 35mm carbs will it eliminate the tors? Are these good carbs for a semi stock shee? Quote
jbooker82 Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Yea aftermarket carbs will get rid of the tores. You can buy a kit that will get rid of them on the stock carbs as well. What mods do you have now? What are your future plans? What type of terrain do you ride in. If you just have a piped banshee, with maybe a mild port job look at the Keihin PWK 28's or OKO 30's or a 2 in to 1 with a PWK 35mm carb. If your going for a dune port job the I would go twards the Dual Keihin PWK 33's If your going for a drag port then the Dual PWK 35's would be a good choice. Quote

No dunes for me Im not that lucky i live in mississippi, mainly just lake bottms and such. Don't see to many 2 strokes around here so everyone always wants to damn race me and my banshee is ok fast but not uasually fast as a dune racer Quote
yamaha04 Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 make sure when you buy the tors elimintaor kit you get all the parts you need. some only come with caps and then you have to buy the idle screws and drill. tap. its easyer just getting the whole kit . its like 50or60$ Quote
Wildcardracing Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 35's will drown a stock shee, my mods are in my sig and I'm goin with 32 TM mikunis. I like the TMs because they are not priced out the ass and the TM 32 is the same body as the 34 so they can be bored to 35.5 if I want to later. I can get into a new set of TM's for $260 with cables.
