87_shee Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 I wonder why the 01-02 shows a bigger gap than 87-01? Quote
FireHead Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 I wonder why the 01-02 shows a bigger gap than 87-01? I think you will find there was a jetting change in the carbs that corresponds to gap change in during those years. :geek: Quote
jbooker82 Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 What about the change from a non resistor plug to a resistor or plug? Quote
dragbanshee Posted February 8, 2008 Report Posted February 8, 2008 What about the change from a non resistor plug to a resistor or plug? Was wondering why they had resistor & non resistor for the banshee, they give me the br8es once and my bike did not seem to run as well, does that make since? non resistor 97 Quote

Don't really see why the resistor plug would effect a banshee in a negative fashion. I thought the resistor plugs where to eliminate interference on radios in automobiles. SP Quote

What about the change from a non resistor plug to a resistor or plug? beat me to it.... The resistor is just to resist interference from other electronic pluses.... mainly caused by the coil but other pluses could affect it if they were strong enough Quote
