87_shee Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 (edited) I bought a relocation plate on ebay, It lets you put everything inbetween the rad and gas tank, It looks really clean. I can't seem to find a link right now, but I'm pretty sure the guys that makes them is a member on here. I have also seen some people cut the stock mount off and weld it up front under the fender. I'm sure there are a few ways to do it. Wacko2000 beat me to it..lol Edited February 3, 2008 by 87_shee Quote
theshee Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 I put the GB brakets on all my banshees and they work nice. Very clean way to clean stuff up. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 if your running a nology coil dont move it to the front, it will cause interferanc and the motor will not run right Quote
locogato11283 Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 heres my relocation process. i just cut the bracket off the back and welded it to the front. new shortened harness. relocated. another. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 I put my ignition on the back side of the gas tank. I imagine you could put the stock CDI there too. Just cut a piece of flat metal, bolt it on. Shortens up your harness a lot. Quote
shanYE west Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 I found a use for my key relocation plate.. I imagine you could fab up another bracket and it'd work. Quote
kylechs04 Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 awesome, i need to rewire whole shee and i was about to do a relocation on my cdi but just had not posted yet. These look like great ideas and make it look much cleaner. Quote
