canada is the only place you will find a new one, and I dont know how you will get it here and register it. If you are looking for a used on, im sure there are plenty of dealers with them.

yea theres no way on earth i would buy a new stock banshee , we all mod them i dont care who you are and who wants t opay for tors and stock pipes and shitty stock air filter and awful stock tires oh shit the list goes on , i would for sure look for a nice used one they are a dime a dozen and i have yet to even get 3k for any of mine used that are nice so i know theres deals out there . id say 2500 to 3k would get you a rocken banshee with some mods .

Plus, wouldn't you have the red sticker issue if you were buying a new banshee in CA? If you bought a nice used 2002 or earlier you could ride all year.
