wow these look worse than allpro.

lol, justin remembers. they make allpro look like k&t or a&s. they look like ray charles was grinding them whilst stevie wonder was holding them.i would take them back and bounce them off that dremel weilding fools head!check my ebay link, i have a few sets of jugs. start over from a reputable builder.i hope you didn t pay for that abortion.

Maybe he did not have a dremel but used a chisel or sharp stone?

I don't think Billy Clayton even knows you have to port the transfers or exhaust ports. He probably thinks grinding on the intake is porting. You're probably lucky in that aspect.

Man i would give him a piece of mind. Thats not right, even though you should ahve looked at some work he does first, he should refund you in FULL plus money for new Jugs if they cant be straightened out. :down: Sorry to hear and then see your loss :shoothead:

You might give a guy by the name of Chuck Lee a call. Chuck owns Ridgway Motorsports, and knows engines. He does all of his porting on a flow bench, and can balance the cylenders to match each other. People from all over the world send him stuff to work on. This past fall he won the Pikes Peak hill climc , i believe in the 250 class, on a bike that he built. Chucks phone # is 970-626-5112.

wow thats looks terrible.. what does the rest of the port job look like..How was the bike running before you took it apart?
