Ok just rebuilt her and it has 240 mains.. thats the only change to the carbs.. pipes, and pods. its in the single digits cold. and im about 800 ft above sea level.. the electrode is dark but the threads are silvery.. it runs great and idles fine... am i lean? how much richer do i have to go if i have to change it at all? am i fine running it like this for a day of riding? anyone have a plug chart?

You shouldn't be looking at the threads all that much. You want to be looking at the white porcelain that is "inside" the threads, and under the electrode.
