swrbansheeboy Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 swap your plug wires and see if it changes sides. if not then swap your plugs. if still no change and everything ran fine before the carb swap then it is probably something in the carb... Quote
Screaming Yellow Zonker Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 I would start off with cleaning the carbs out. especially the main and pilot jets. than I would readjust the carbs. make sure they are synced. and make sure the idle screws are adjusted the same. Quote
GOTT0311 Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 try taking the slides out and rotating them to the other carb if you got the two switched it will cause your problem otherwise it could be the sync. Quote
. Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 did you reconnect the choke tube between the 2 carbs? Easy miss, easy fix, will give you problems for hours until you find it sitting between the lugs of your tire Quote
