I'm installing a stroker crank. will I need a gasket where the case splits? I'm sure it does, but I have not found one for sale. also, does it need two of the gaskets under the cylinders? One on each side of the spacer? thanks

You need Yamabond, Hondabond, or 3 Bond 1211 (I think 1104 also ). I prefer Hondabond...I had better be careful saying that...skating on thin ice tossing the 'H' word in the ring...

You need gaskets on both sides of the spacer plate...unless there is another way I am not aware of...

You can buy the base gaskets from many places such as RMATV or Cascade.

Hondabond or Yamabod is the way to go to seal up the case halves.

Don't apply a ton of sealer. Too much will hold the case apart and cause bearing failure. That is what I was told.

You were told something that only is a problem if you are using a giant tube of copper RTV. This person also may have a mullet and a 350 Chevy engine block for a coffee table, in his trailer, on his parents land............

If you are sensible about the amount of Yamabond you apply, you will never have a problem.
