So in all my posts I don't help anyone, offer advice, offer my own personal help if they're close to me?

I've never offered to bring parts, supplies, fuel, etc. to the track? And If I didn't have the parts/supplies, I'd ask someone I knew that did have them for someone else....

I've met quite a few friends at the track, get along with all of them. Ask them what kind of person I am.

I will break my back and give you the shirt off it to help you out....even if it means me waiting to ride my own bike.

Hell...I'm 100% positive I can find and borrow tires for you....guess again now that you felt the need to run your mouth.

 

To be honest, I could care less if you show up or not. Leave the whining at the gate when you come in...

Funny, didn't you post yourself getting beat by smaller motors too? I'm sure I could check one of the sorry videos you've posted all over, whining about not getting traction, funny...those small motors seem to find traction...maybe you should learn to ride and setup your bike....

 

Actually, I've got beat by a stock stroke, and I've beat bigger motors than mine....that's racing...and I've given credit to all of them. But they've all raced in sand, in the dunes, and at this track.

You've done NONE of that.

 

What I mean by your mouth stopping is you'll see by the time slips how fast that drag ported, drag frame bike is when I hand it to you in the sand with my cleaned up 10 mil on a stock cut frame.

 

And the only reason I say that is because you yourself made the comment about coming up here to show us how to run in the 3's, yet...you've never run in the sand.

 

That's kinda like me picking up a baseball bat and telling Barry Bonds...hey, let me show you how to hit a ball, just because I've played baseball.

(By the way, ask badassbanshee479 what he was doing as soon as I got to the track? I GAVE him the fuel literally out of my gas tank so he could have methanol to ride that day. Over 1/2 a tank...and didn't even think twice about it. That's how I treat everyone...that treats me the same way)

We have a great group of racers that will do what it takes to make sure all have a great time. Egos are set aside, of course there is a lot of good natured ribbing..... and midget jokes....lots of midget jokes!!

 

So just to recap.......bring that heap to Mi. and we will help you out!!! But it aint because you deserve it!!!!

No matter who wins, the Passion/FAST thing won't go away. If Brad somehow manages to beat Dave at his home track, as Dave has stated, his cylinders aren't FAST. If Dave beats Brad, it won't be fair, because Brad's never ran that track, or sand at 300'. How much of racing is really motor anyway? Hookin the bitch up, and riding are way more important, and ironically, Jeff and Jim have nothing to do with either.

Yes...I agree. But my 180HP PPP comment was a joke not directed at anyone....

 

I agree 100% it's all about rider and setup...always have. And I clearly have the advantage being that I've rode in sand AND at this track well over a dozen times in the past few years...

 

I didn't start the personal attacks, and he had the gall to ask me for paddles after running his mouth to me.

I'm sure someone at the track will still be willing to help....I can promise it just won't be me...my generosities only goes so far....

 

Steve Kabina is a Passion guy...and I've offered him a place to crash should he want to make the trip to MI from PA.

I've never met him in person, only talked here and on the phone a few times.

 

I admit I take a poke at the PPP guys now and then, but they're just as guilty...and I try to keep the personal stuff to a minimum.

 

I'm not worried in the least about it, either way....

 

And yes, Bruce...I'd even offer to put you up if you came out this way, even though we have our differences of opinion...we've never personally attacked one another....I've posted I respect your opinion and knowledge before, even if we don't see eye to eye on most things....

332 i will tell you ths about Dave.....

 

i as most people know was getting hosed on a set of a arms from planet sand.

Dave found out what was going on and that i had no arms for the race or the dunes the following weekend.

 

he made a ph call and secured a set a arms for me at no cost to me to use as long as i needed them.

not to mention all the questions hes answered for me,and the people hes hooked me up with to get parts at reasonable prices.

 

im not swinging on his nuts either....but if you do come up here its not a good start to be calling people out like you have in this post,and then expect them to help you out.

 

One thing i will say is Dave does come across a lil sarcastic at times...he will tell you that himself,but 99% of the time its all in good fun.

 

Just chill out and leave the attitudes/whining at the gate and when you come up here everything will be just fine....and i promise you will have a good time.

We all have our builders and egos to uphold, but we're all here for the same reason.....to bond as brothers in the pursuit of speed, via the twin cylinder monkey on all our backs. Now as long as we can agree on that, and that any Redline bike would hand any PPFAST bike its ass, then I'd say we have something to build upon, Dave. :thumbsup:
