put your clip in the middle position and try that first....you're pilot should be anywhere from a 27.5 to a 30...put your air mixture screw at approx. 1 and a half turn out as well.....hope this helps

why chnage the pilots on a stock motor?

and ditch the boost bottle if you still have your old balance pipe, they dont help performance at al, ive actually heard from someone they saw with their own eyes, a 1.5hp increase by puttin the stock balance pipe back on

Horseshit. I'm not saying boost bottles work, they don't. But a stock crossover isn't going to give you another pony and a half. BS.

With pods and T6 pipes, 25 or 27.5 pilots will be fine. 30 are too big.

im just telling you what i was told by a reputable builder ,im sure u know him.. he does porting ect.. im not gona name names, the funny thing though is thoseboost bottles claim increased throttle response (if anything), i tossed a stock balance pipe back on after riding with the boost bottle and maybe its in my head, but i swear the throttle response was alot better with the stock tube

If they did anything every top builder in the country would run them.

They don't...tested on a dyno, and they've never proven anything on the track.

If anything, the weight will make your intake boots crack earlier...that's it.
