I was at the cinders this weekend and while going up 100 dollar hill (really big ass hill).I get about 75% the way up and the motor dies.Like it just runs out of gas.Any ideas?

Probably overheated, or the bowls ran dry.

I would never take my banshee up that hill even if its built. I dont think its worth putting an exspensive motor through all the stress from going up that hilll.

Its not just the float you may be suckin' the fuel out of the bowls faster than the tiny stock tube and petcock can fill them and the go dry and you in turn run out of fuel. I was afraid of doing that so I got a Pengel for $70 and larger bowls and now I don't have to worry about it.............

But it was specifically for long runs like that or just tearin' across the dunes at WOT................

Also, when you install it, put some sealant around the threads. And use alot of the sealant stuff that comes with it on the gasket and plate to keep it from leaking.
