moneybags
If it is NOT the coil, CDI box, stator or the wireing harness. The next think to check is the flywheel. Take it off and swich with a friends flywheel. Or take the flywheel off and shake it. You might hear sompthing broke inside of it. Also check to see if your voltage regulator is pluged in. (silver box next to CDI box)
BenBB
I'd double check the stator with an ohmmeter just in case, even new ones can fail. Same goes for plugs...
fast500#12
the plug caps have resistors in them and the go bad easy. swap plug caps with your bike and see what happens.

I built it over the winter finally got it together and had it running for a couple of minuts then it died and got no spark. Please help I'm dieing to ride it for the first time . ((If the coil is bad from the factory is there ANY chance of a refund or exchange from them))

Good to see that you found the problem. Now get the new parts and RIDE that SOB.
