baddsheee Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix my seat so it isn't to loose. It moves a lot. Just want to hear if anyone has any quick fixes. It seems like the plastic is warn underneath. Quote
Mullet Man Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 me too, loose as a goose around the gas tank. Quote
banshdog Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 A fix that i heard about on here a year or so ago....... Tap on the metal framing that the front of the seat latches under. Just give it a few taps down with a hammer, should tighten the seat right up. Quote
locogato11283 Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 take a towell and lay in on the seat hook up by the gas tank. then take a hammer and tap on it. tap a few times and try your seat until its good and tight. Quote

FireHead Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Hey Firehead, are you starting to get some thoughts in your mind about a goose . They only do that shit in cornville LMAO. Well, I already made a joke about a parrot, a peg leg, and a pirate hooker on the HQ this week, so I figured adding a goose of questionable tightness to the mix would be the logical next step. Quote

chevy7398 Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 are you guys missing the 4 rubber bumpers that are about a inch long that attach to the bottom of your seat at the four corners? that sounds like your problem, fast sells them if you are Quote
Snopczynski Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 make sure the rubber snubbers are on the bottom, and you can pund the front catch down with a plastic malet to get it to hold snug. Quote
