dajogejr Posted March 19, 2007 Report Posted March 19, 2007 Who has the best prices for building the 421 motor? I have some parts now but need crank, rods, pistion, and cylinder. Who does the best port work to cylinders? There are a ton of people that sell the parts. Asking who is the best price and does the best port work is like asking everyone on here what their favorite food is...you will get a dozen different answers to say the least....that is why no one has answered your post yet. Call a few builders...see IF they answer the phone, how they treat you...and how their prices are. Also, see what they have in stock.... Make the call from there.... Quote
dynodon Posted March 19, 2007 Report Posted March 19, 2007 I have a Nate McCoy top end, his port work is awsome, and you wont find better customer service !!! He has treated me very well. There are soooo many builders out there, so you will have to make the call, its who you feel comfortable with. I will get you a number for Nate if you would like. Give him a call talk to him see what he charges. Quote

I have been avoiding making fun of the extended swingarm on that bike for a few days now out of respect for you, I haven't. Now that I find out that it's not your bike, I suppose it's open season for jokes about that thing. Now, I have waited so long to make fun of it, I can't think of anything to say. :: :: Quote

But he's big on chrome/billet and the bling factor on his bikes...ALL of them. So, if I had to guess, he got the arm for damn near a steal, if he didn't buy it that way.... Quote
