g_low0885 Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 i need to have my banshee rebuilt. i want to get a big bore to a 421 and a trail port. i have a +4 crank but want to get TZ bearing put on it. i need all parts other than the crank. i tried to use grand river racing. but after 6 phone calls and 3 emails over a 3 week period with no responce i want to have some one else to do it that will acutacly contact customers. i know grand rivers phone said that they well not answer the phone till after 5 and will return you call then. i under stand that but 6 calls with no answer does not sound like good customer service to me. gipperz Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 I chose Jeff at F.A.S.T. for many reasons. He is a one stop shop. He's real busy and he still makes time to return his calls. Hell, I've had Jeff call me on a sunday morning when he could have just spent his time with his family. If thats not customer service I don't know what is. Just my oppinion and it doesn't hold much water but thats my .02 and I'm sticken to it. Quote
