Handyman Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Ok so i found out today that I may be in Fallon, Nv in March and that is where Sand Mountain is. So I'm now in the market for some paddles. I'm going to be getting 22x11x10 tires(since that's what was the size used by previous owner) but do I get haulers or extremes? I will be doing some duning and of course I'll be lining up at the hill shoots/drags. Thnaks in advance. Quote
Fireman-hott Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 If I remember right they are the same other than the extremes have kevlar reinforcing the paddles. Quote
theshee Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 either one would work well. I have haulers on my KFX but am going to put extremes on my shee just for the kevlar reefnforced paddles. either one you choose will work just fine. Quote

bansheeryder_69 Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 If I remember right they are the same other than the extremes have kevlar reinforcing the paddles. yea the extremes are more durable but not as light weight and the haulers don't keep a bead worth a shit if you are jumping. HAULERS= Drag racing/cruising EXTREMES= all around duner (jumps, road crossings, ets.) Quote
Handyman Posted January 19, 2007 Author Report Posted January 19, 2007 So say i line up with a guy who has say...the same set up as I do(Cheetah P.V.) and is a mirroe image of me weigth wise and the only difference is that he has haulers and I have extremes.....who woulld win? The reason I ask is because I will be cruising and more than likely jumping and I will also line up and race someone.. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 either will work... extremes will cost you more... just dont get the superlites... you jump a dune on those and they go pop... Quote
Animalman294 Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Yeah, I like goin' to sand mountain, except this time of year its colder than a well digger's ass out there at night. I used the haulers for about three years without any problems, but now I have a set of brats and can't wait to try them out with my new cubby. Wifey said she wants to go camping now, ITS JANUARY........... :: Quote
