cexualcensations Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 I just bought a second banshee and what to use it as a trail/track bike. Would it be better to get some small cheetah cub cylinders and mx port them or use the stock cylinders and get those ported as for as performance goes. Quote
djackbanshee Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 Cheetah cub=dune&drag not very good for track you'd be better with stock cylinders Quote
dawarriorman Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 Or if you've got the money, a set of power valved cheetahs would make a great mx motor. Quote
cexualcensations Posted December 20, 2006 Author Report Posted December 20, 2006 (edited) A 421 powervavled cheetah mx port with a -2 swing arm should be a thrill to ride Edited December 20, 2006 by cexualcensations Quote
SoCalinIt Posted January 11, 2007 Report Posted January 11, 2007 A 421 powervavled cheetah mx port with a -2 swing arm should be a thrill to ride LOL :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: I'd love to give that thing a spin around a tight MX track!!!!! Could be interesting! Quote
SoCalinIt Posted January 11, 2007 Report Posted January 11, 2007 your best bet would be a stock set of cylinders MX ported and if you can afford a stroker crank then do a stroker MX setup. But for Gods sake don't buy a set of Cheetah or Cub Cylinders for MX, been there done that and it was very interesting. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: Sounds like a good story!!!! LOL :yelrotflmao: Quote
broke Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 I've preached about the RZ cylinders on here many times, so I won't put you through it again, but with a little bit of added stroke, it makes a pretty mean but docile motor at the same time. Quote
