What to buy?

Hey guys.... Just picked up my brand new Banshee last week, controversial question....

I've got 500 bucks to spend on this bad boy... where should i start? lookin to keep it MXish but

wouldn't mind a bit of top end, and anything that looks good is always good too... what dyu's reckon???

I would say pipes.

Pipes and air filters.

FMF or PT mids would be good for MXing...

 

You can probably pick up a used set of Chrome in good shape for around 250 to 300.

Air filter with proflow and Outerwear for another hundred or so. Then, get a lightened flywheel and adjustable timing plate if you can....

 

That would make it a good mxer bike...

I agree with dajogejr Pipes and filters but thats what everyone will say so pipes are deffinatly the way to go with anybike especially with a banshee

I'd say do a yfz shock conversion, and front brakes. Being able to brake harder, and having a better working suspension will make the bike more fun to ride, and faster on the track. If not that, I'd say pipes and a filter also.

Everything listed above sounds good and if it has theT.O.R.S (throttle over ride) get rid of it, buy the kit and take it off saves alot of head aches in the wiring department. I think everyone will agree on that. just my .02 worth.

i've just bought a motion pro twist throttle kit, so the T.O.R.S is comin off whenever i can be arsed puttin the kit on. but i think i'm in the market for a new set of pipes
