big red has some gussets on some spots of his frame . shoot him a pm

I have basically the same gussets as BigRed does. I don't have any pictures that show them very well. If he doesn't have any better picures. I might be able to scrounge some up. :baseball_mitt:

I have them between the main frame and the lower mounting point on the sub-frame. Where the two parts of the sub-frame meet back by the grab bar, under the front engine mount, behind the shock tower mounts going from the vertical below the shock mount to the horizontal frame rail beside the shock mount, across (left to right) the sub-frame under the seat, up from the horizontal frame rail to the steering tower, and a backbone gusset along the back of the steering tower, also have the front steering stop gusseted, and where the steering shaft mounts to the tower is gusseted.

I've flipped the shit out of my banshee and nothing has cracked or broken. If you do the sub-frame right and you stand it up, the rear grab bar should bust off the frame and nothing on the sub-frame should bend. Grind the grab bar mounts and weld them back on and your good to go. hehe

I have a new frame and want to avoid buying another one in the future. I have done a search and all the pics have expired and no longer work. Would anyone post up some pics of a gusseted frame! Greatly appreciated.

TPR has gusset kits available for the Banshee. They're 17 piece kits laser cut out of 1/8" thick steel. They run $89.95 and ship for free in the lower 48 states. You can buy them off their website at www.tprusa.com

tpr is the company that built that weird spider show quad that was in dirtwheels, cool goodies on their site
