Tell ECC that you will ship the one you have back as soon as you receive a BRAND NEW stator from them like what was advertised in their auction. Don't ask for a refund... you'll come out ahead if you make them live up to what their auction states. It's a legal binding contract according to ebay. I live 15 mins away from there so if you need some help dealing with them let me know. Quote

I figured this jackass would jerk me around for at least a few more weeks, so I just placed a call into Ricky Stator today and on Tues. I will have a brand new plug & play 200w stator.
