I ordered these two products 2 weeks ago, and when they finally came in... All I can say is. HUGE DISAPOINTMENT!!! The manifolds are not molded squarely to the metal backup plate inside. The Urethane they use is aparently mixed by a kindergartener because its full of air bubbles all over the place. The molds arent smooth, so the finish of the product is best described as "blotchy". The thickness of the Urethan used on both the manifolds AND the boots is much thinner / cheaper than factory rubber parts, so the factory clamps wont even work. For $130 (shipped) you have GOT to be kidding me!!! If you try to call them you will get a message telling you they will be out for the holiday weekend over a month ago. They dont answer the phone for a good reason. Product BITES! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LOOSERS!!! Quote

JET 99 Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 (edited) I am not saying you dont have valid bitch, but I havent had one problem out of the roller guides or chain slide front or rear. been on for 1 year has not wore any more than expected! my 2 coins dude i bought laeger a arms (LAEGER) still had to pull some bolt mods out of my ass. to make it work, good product nice strong a arms. any time you mod expect the unexpected cars, trucks, bikes,machines,tools,go carts,atvs,typewriters,computers........... see were I am going with it.. thats part of the addiction to making it yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! besides there is another forum for product bitches and compaints or approvals Edited August 9, 2006 by JET 99 Quote

J.J. Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 I have the chain roller kit, no problems there. I also have a pair of the boots between the carbs and filter. I ordered red and was quite dissapointed as well, the color is uneven and the inside sealing surface in way of the air filter box was poorly finished off, resulting in a lot of smooth sanding on my part to get a good seal. For some reason, over time the boot will start to slide off the back of the carbs, it seems as if there is no grip between the surface of the boot and the carb intake, even with both surfaces clean. Needless to say, I put the stockers back on. Quote

I kept trying to call them and am still getting the same message from a month ago. Took the parts to a local shop that sells them and he was good enough to go through his stock until he found a good pair of the same thing (said he will return the ones I got with several of his because they look just as bad). Finally got everything back together and running though! WHEW HOO!!!! Still starts on the first kick, even with bare feet! According to Toomy I should be at 60hp even with the mods I made. Cant wait to test her out this weekend!!! Quote
dajogejr Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 Not to be a dick..but, are your cylinders ported? if not, you won't be even close to 60... Reason I say that is because I see in your sig you have VForce reeds and T6 pipes... If that's it on stock carbs, you'll be around 40... Quote
