Animalman294 Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 That is really harsh man. I had my stang stollen a while back, and it sucked when they recovered it or should I say what was left of it. It took me two years to put all back together, but when I did this I replaced everything with aftermarket parts and it was a wicked car. So maybe you may come out of this better than you think. It gives you a chance to get a new shee and start over. It would be nice to have a Low-jack system on our shee's then when they get stollen we can activate the system and track down the piece of $hit that stole our pride and joys................. Quote

And it was most likely someone you know liek stevedo said because when my shop was broken into the people knew exactually how to get in (ended finding out who it was and I did know them) I hate theives!! I have been arguing with my insurance company all morning and they are not going to cover it because of some bullshit clause. My only hope is to find it now or work all this summer again to buy another one. Being in college and trying to maintain a four wheeler is hard enough however when you save all summer to buy one and then have it stolen a year later it really sucks. Thanks again guys. --Sam Quote

Had my '87 stolen 3 yrs ago , finaly replaced it ,had ins. the day I took it home . just got A $800 check in the mail for bent axil & misc. Definatly well worth it! hope you have better luck than me still missing I still have my drain plug , hope they never checked oil & it locked up wot in 6th gear (that thought is the only good thing) wish I Knew? good luck!!
