Ripassbrother
First off should I run one? Second what kind of filters for a pingle valve set up?
lowriderb
no, and none.. if they were needed then they would be installed stock, also the stock petcock as well as the pingel valves wouldnt have any screens on them..

lowriderb
yes im saying that you should not put one on there, if they were needed they would come from the factory with them, as well you shouldnt be putting fuel with that much dirt and all into your tanks anyways.. FasterThanU90
there are 2 stock ones that go up inside the tank on the gas switch one for the reserve and one for the On there more like screens than thick filters i think if u run a filter it would take away sum of the premix oil

lowriderb
im pretty confident that my premix doesnt call for a handful of dirt mixed in there.. so the screens on the petcocks should be fine for my bike.. besides the extra filters that your adding to the system is going to slow down the flow to the carbs.. once those filters are in the least bit dirty they will slow down the flow enough for you to lean out the motor (yes even gas motors will do this)..
