cool head

What nuts are you guys using on your cool heads. I bought a used pro design, and I got the longer studs. But I don't want to use the stock nuts cause I think that would look like crap. I thought about some stainless acorn nuts, but I am afraid they will bottom out before they get tight enough. If you have any ideas on some please tell me where I can get them at.

I sanded the stock ones down and put some puple anodized paint on and cleared them , and they turned out pretty sweet

I painted my stock nuts also and it turned out well. I have seen chrome Acorn nuts on ebay. forgot how much they were goin for.

I think they ususally go for about $30 for a set.

I just got some stainless flanged nuts for mine.

I just got a set of plain s/s nuts and washers from cascade. They look pretty good IMO.

I got some but with stock studs the stick up a little bit too far and bottom out on the inside of the nut.
