My sister is a realestate agent, and so far this year she has moved about 1/2mil in realestate. On the interest only, sometimes you can only get them that way for 3 years, 5 years w/e and then it goes to a regular loan that might sink you. PM me your buddys contact info and we will give him a call....My boss is looking to spend around 500k on a 2500'+ place in Henderson, should be sweet! We are gonna have to entertain alot of customers (BBQs, Dinners, Partys) so we need a big place. One thing is for sure, this year is going to be one busy MO-FO...I need to get a set of carbs for my bike and I will be ready to dune out...my friend is currently keeping his bike in AZ @ his parents house (he lives in an apt) but since we are looking at a 3-4 car garage I told him he could keep it at my place.
