got it to idle now and chokes r off i put it in gear and let the clutch out give it gas and it dies and i fugred it out by not giveing it any gas and to goes then after your get rollin you just have to be easy on the throttle and then it goes ok and if you put the chokes on it run better but not all the way. so what you guys think of that? and the right side is popping?

sounds lean on the pilot go up 1 size to 27.5, also sounds lean on the main go from 290 to 330 and lower your clip 2 notches.

Do those carbs have separate chokes or do they have a choke tube between them like the stockers? Also when you disconnected the tors, did you disconnect the little black box above the left exhaust? disconnect the wire going from the clutch towards the gas tank? Make sure both of them are disconnected.

your right carb my have something plugging it causing a lean condition and the popping. did the 27.5 pilot help? if so try a 25 or stock pilot. also try going up on the mains. how do your plugs look?

I would go up on the main until it boggs down WOT, and back off 1 size. then start working on the needle and pilot.

the plugs and black with alot of build up on them

also on the air/fuel screw if you turn it clockwise does it lean it out or make it richer?

Disconnect the wire going from the clutch handle towards the gas tank?? Also, does it rev out clean once the powerband kicks in now? Is it bogging just before powerband or from powerband and on? What happens if you just hold it wide open for 5 seconds? Does it clean out?
