Look up somthing called a time-sert. It's a little better than a heli coil. they are for spark plugs. but you can check the sizes and see if they match up. And make sure you use lock-tite.

that sucks well it was worth a thought and a try. im half way through polishing my pipes and fuck does it take a long time. hey rnbrad got any tips or hints for me? and what color/type of rouse do you use? arn't the silencers on t-5's al? and if they are it would be cool to do them red to match my head and some other shit.

i wanna anodize my pipes. i think it would look sick and never seen it done. so what do you guys think? is it possible? and does anyone know anyone who does anodizing?

my axle is loose you can grab it and move it from side to side not much but a lil bit probbly about a 64th of an inch. is this bad normal or what and can you let me know how to fix it thanks. and i can move my rotor around.

So on tuesday i call abla and talk to the manager in shipping and he said he ordered the on the 11th of oct. the same day my credit card was billed and still no pipe clamps. so he says R.I.S. is behind on production and laggin. so im said ok what ever he said ill have them by next weekend. so i hang up. call back and ask to speak with the owner so the operator transfers me to the owners voicemail, and i leave him a long nasty voice mail saying that im going to bash his company on the internet and ruin his reputation and so on. so he calls me back on wed. and apologizes and said that he would get on it and get me my clamps asap and all this other shit. so im still waiting to see what happenes. SO IF ANY OF YOU ALBA PEOPLE READ THIS FUCK YOU!!!!

Not true!! i've heard of people on here finding builders or shops that port jugs just for t-6s and they come out just as good as port for anything else! you just gotta find the right person to do it.

.010 = .25mm .020 = .5 mm .030 = .75 mm .040 = 1mm and so on. so if stock is 64 and you have 65.5 then you have .060 over over stock bore.

you don't need spark aresstors in glamis. noone has them and if your gunna keep you motor pretty much stock i'd go with the t-6s but if you plan on do some porting and stuff like that then go with t-5's

I ordered some R.I.S. t-5 pipe clamps three weeks ago and still haven't gotten them yet. they said last thursday. then i called them when i got back from glamis on monday and still nothing. when i called on monday i talked to the manager and he said i would have them wed. well nothing on the porch. boy did i let that manager have it too, so im gunna call him back tomorow ad let him have it agian. DON'T order anything from alba if you want it in less than a month.

The same thing happened to me!! my powerband went out so i asked the stealership about it and they said brong you shee and we will fix it, i asked how much they said with parts and labor $824.66. so i told them to kick rocks and went and bought a clymers and did it myself. but the funny thing is i split the cases and didn't see it. so i asked around and found out that if you wait to long after they go band they discenigrate and get passed throught your motor. so i just went and picked up a new for around 80 bucks and slapped it in and it ran like a champ. hope this helps you out. o, it was a black one.

i have a complete stock air including boots to the carbs with clamps, lid with clips, and snorkle and filter. and also to sets of complete stock pipes 1st set was ran on bike for 5 mins and the 2nd set was ran for an hour, complete bbrand new. all off 2 '05s. you pay for shipping and its yours. just let me know asap cause im tossin them on friday.
