bigboybanshee Posted January 31, 2006 Report Posted January 31, 2006 Not mine, but looks like it would be a pretty good deal if you can work on this yourself.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Bans...608534017QQrdZ1 Quote
locogato11283 Posted January 31, 2006 Report Posted January 31, 2006 haha wonder if he knows theres a clip holding that bearing in there. not to mention the fact its pressed onto the crank. haha. some ppl have no business around engines... Quote
broke Posted February 1, 2006 Report Posted February 1, 2006 I was thinking the same thing. It scares me that they tried to pry it out. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted February 1, 2006 Author Report Posted February 1, 2006 I noticed that too...just goes to show what kind of people they'll let work at a dealership. I'm not saying all dealers have crappy mechanics, but it's obvious you don't have to have a solid understanding of how to work on engines. That engine looks like a good weekend project though, too bad I didn't have the money to pick it up, would have made for a good start to my second banshee; not a bad deal for a little over 400 bucks Quote
