350TwinDeathBed Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 Yeah you do, so make sure your bearings are looking good at the same time. Quote
badassbanshee479 Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 if you buy the aftermarket chain roller from upp the instructions say to cut the old one off on the bike, then the new one comes with a slit in it so you can slide it over the swing arm and attach with a bolt check the attached link out. http://www.uppracing.com/index.php?cid=94 Quote
hittintrees srh Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 As far as the swingarm bearing go. Do they have to be pressed in? If so do I have to have a machine shop press them? thanx Quote
MDS2106 Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 The swingarm bearings are not machine pressed in.The stock swingarm roller sucks,go with the upp slider. You probably want to buy a new chain,I bet you old one is FU*KED Quote
DIRTMAN350 Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 For sure go with upp sliders or tm designworks. I have ran upp sliders and rollers for over a year now and no problems so far. Pricey items but you will love them. Quote
wooten Posted October 19, 2005 Report Posted October 19, 2005 does anyone have any pics of how these things go i am really wanting to get methe set but i would like to see them on one before i get them thanks Quote
Proquad101 Posted October 19, 2005 Report Posted October 19, 2005 I would get a amp-link and cut all the stock chain rollers off. Quote
