ke398 Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 If it aint a show quad, as mentioned above, automotive heater hose and 2 hose clamps work great. Quote
kenr74 Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 Check out these clamps on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANS...1QQcmdZViewItem I have a used set I'll ship you for $30 if you want them. They are missing one screw so you would just need to replace that. The hose is red not black. PM me if you are interested. Whatever you do DON"T pay $80 for those stock ones. Quote

kracker2k Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 I just recently had this delema with my banshee. All I did was go to Autozone and ask too go in the back and found some high temp radiator hose that fit what I needed. Got a piece that was l shaped and about 12 inches long. Got this for about $5 and then bought eight hose clamps for about $0.50 each. I used some clipper things for hedge trimming to cut the hose into 5 pieces thowing away the angled piece and then I put it on. Ended up about $11 after tax for everything. Worked great and was cheap. Might want to try this. Take the small piece of exhaust with you and tell them you need some hose that pits snug on there and you should find something. Quote
