We kinda figured with this being the weekend between Labor Day and Sandfest it would provide for more of the dunes to ourselves maybe. Cant go Sept 30 cause I have a XC race that weekend. Will probably be going again in mid october though. Might have a few new folks on this trip and this way we dont have to watch for sooooo many drunk idiots. Quote

Maybe they are figuring a lot of peeps on labor Day, then break a weekend and hope to draw a big crowd again later. Unless the date changes between now and then and I guess it could. Quote

dirtplay1975 Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 ya they did change the dat for sandfest this year to 2 weekends after labor day, kinda funny they did after 3 yrs at the same time but oh well it all works the same, I know I will be there for sandfest and likely get there about tues b4 the weekend, 5-6 days on the sand is fun even though it beats ya up and tends to break stuff Quote
