Air Filters

Just got my new 300mm d slides installed but, my toomey 2:1 air filter dows not fit.

 

I think I want to go with pod filters. Anyone have an opinion on the best and where to find them?

Purchased mine from Magic Racing, you can get a kit with a coolant bottle relocator and outerwears for like a 100 bucks.

Carbparts.com is where I picked up my filters and outerwares, i just relocated my water bottle.

1. measure the intake outside diameter.

2. go to auto parts store.

3. look up filter in their k and n book (or do it on their site)

4. have them order 2 of them for you.

 

on my 35mm pwk i use a filter with the part number RU1090. thats 2 1/4" inside flange diameter, 3 1/2" outside filter diameter and 6 inches long. my bro runnin the same thing on his 33mm pwk. check to see what size your intakes are. if they are 2 1/4" or a little under you can run these.
