people all over do different prices depends on what competition they have if any , i think its a high price cause i do them for like 150 with as many coats(reasonably) as the person would want. keep looking around

First off, I'm not trying to hi-jack your post 97banshee350. I was just wondering why people put so many coats of P/C on, does it do that much better of a job?? Thought that this related to the relevance of the cost of getting a frame P/C'ed.......

thats fuckin outrageous. 150 here for regular colors and 175 for the translucent shit. i dont see why more than one coat is needed. all you are adding then is weight...

I'm going to buy PC equipment and start doing all my own stuff and then whoever else wants it. I went over to a freinds house last night who has been doing it for a while now and we coated my wifes blaster frame and swing. Came out beautiful. I wasn't too worried about the nooks and cracks so I didn't sand those down but the parts that went onto bare metal came out perfect.
