the bad part is i would have been able to just go big bore but i already bout a sleeve and other crap, to make a long story short its gonna be another 500 bucks to get her running again

grand total now up to 900$ for this rebuild

man if i were you id buy a used set of cylinders for about 200 to 250 bucks and then have them bored and put new pistons in them. be right around 500 bucks or less and you could sell that other sleave and the other cylinders.

i have a nice bit of port work done to my cylinders so i would really like to keep them

do you think i'll feel a big decrease in power going from a 0.80 bore to stock bore?

You might see a power increase...at .080 over you might be running a little hot. With a stock bore you will run cooler and be more efficent. Just a thought.
