Duninshee
I had a O-ring slip out of my cool head and it started to smoke like hell out of the right side. So I had to pull the head again and sure enough I had smashed on of the o-rings in the middle section of the cool head. Theres nothin gyou can do with out taking it apart and checkin it out. blaster105
i suggest tearing the head back off and inspecting the rings once again. i had the same prob, i got yamabond sealent ,its this red stuff when theres no more oxygen it dryes. i just rubbeed a dab around all the orings and it solved my problem. juldan1
i moved my bottle and packed the sides of the radiater with foam and put an in line cooler, used the water wetter. works good. Almost sounds like a water jacket gave way, but most likely yer head
Banshee17Racing
somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure the some people here have had the seal on the water impeller go bad. But then again I've never had this problem so I wouldn't know why only the right side would smoke.
limitied03
Are you sure its coolant? and not tranny fluid maybe your crank seal tore, i had the same thing happen to me and the damn seal was only 3 weeks old.....might want to check that out
locogato11283
its either leaky head on the side or your water pump seal is goin bad. id check the head first and make sure the o rings are correctly in place. if thats fine then id pull the clutch cover and check the water pump seal. its gotta be one or the other.
