Wallrat Posted December 3, 2004 Report Posted December 3, 2004 Some guys over at yfzcentral were talking about that. I guess soft scrub was the unofficial winner if I remember correctly. Quote
frocashmoney24 Posted December 3, 2004 Report Posted December 3, 2004 yea my bud did it on his 250r plastic, came out pretty good Quote
BdBanshee Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 If you want to clean up white fenders, try SOS pads. Warning: they will remove the glossy shine if you have any left, but will clean them up real nice if they are scuffed and stained. Quote
cb67rs1 Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 to clean white plastic use a mr clean magic eraser, that little fucker will clean anything Quote
svtkid78 Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 I never tried that magic eraser on my fenders, but that little thing works magic on other things. Quote
Fox Girl Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 yeah, the bleach seemed to work pretty good on mine. I just used a scrub brush, while pouring it on. Quote

ClimbAnyHill Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 spray some simple green, let the stains loosen up and just wipe away. i have the same quad, check em!!! Quote
BansheeBrian Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 Yep, Simple Green for the imbedded stains then Pine-sol to get some shine back.Use something thats nonabrasive like papertowels with a little water.Don't scrub. Quote
Rustbag Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 to clean white plastic use a mr clean magic eraser, that little fucker will clean anything Yup, they are magic. Quote
wrecker03 Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 I have a 98 that I'm trying to get clean and I've tried everything mentioned and they seem to clean up o.k. but here's the second part of the equation. How do you get the "yellowing" out? Even though I have scrubbed the hell out of them I can still see "yellowing" around where I removed old decals. Any thoughts? Quote
differentstrokes Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 Use soft scrub to get the stains out, then use several coats of mop n glo to bring the shine back...that stuff really works. Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 I used to have rear white plastic & simple green really got in there, in between scratches and lifted and the crap out of there. worked top notch for me. Wouldn't bleaching make the plastic dry & loose it's flexibility? I just think that chemical would be too strong.. Quote
