If you want to clean up white fenders, try SOS pads. Warning: they will remove the glossy shine if you have any left, but will clean them up real nice if they are scuffed and stained.

yeah, the bleach seemed to work pretty good on mine. I just used a scrub brush, while pouring it on.

to clean white plastic use a mr clean magic eraser, that little fucker will clean anything

I have a 98 that I'm trying to get clean and I've tried everything mentioned and they seem to clean up o.k. but here's the second part of the equation. How do you get the "yellowing" out? Even though I have scrubbed the hell out of them I can still see "yellowing" around where I removed old decals. Any thoughts?

I used to have rear white plastic & simple green really got in there, in between scratches and lifted and the crap out of there. worked top notch for me. Wouldn't bleaching make the plastic dry & loose it's flexibility? I just think that chemical would be too strong..
