bigboybanshee Posted November 16, 2004 Report Share Posted November 16, 2004 I didn't use any hangers on my T5 silencers. I bolted them directly to the frame. jaysea1 Posted November 17, 2004 Report Share Posted November 17, 2004 I bought A pair from Toomey for 20 to 30 dollars. The silencers do require hangars. Go to Toomey's web site, I think they were under the parts section or accessories section. Kind of pricey for two little aluminum hangars, but fit and finish with the hangars / silencers is good. jasonsb Posted November 17, 2004 Report Share Posted November 17, 2004 (edited) I just went to the hardware store and bought two pieces of aluminum (3" x 1 1/2") and drilled two holes on each. slowpokebanshee Posted November 18, 2004 Report Share Posted November 18, 2004 hey, I just had the same problem about a week ago, got some used T-5s and no idea how to hang the silencers, I checked E-bay, got a set of shiny silencer hangers for $25 billet aluminum etc. I think the brand was rmw? ,something like that, came with hardware too, looks real nice mounted up.they were listed specifically for toomey silencers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
