pimp559 Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 Anyone on here have a Predator? What do you think of it? Quote
Wassup350 Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 My buddy has one. Its got ok power. It handles nice but the seat is very uncomfortable, and you sit too high, and the chain rollers sound like they are gonna blow up, and its not put together real well. TOo damn heavy also. Quote
stclark04 Posted October 28, 2004 Report Posted October 28, 2004 Them things are like a damn tank. Got pretty good power though. Quote

applpro Posted May 20, 2005 Report Posted May 20, 2005 Anyone on here have a Predator? What do you think of it? 274598[/snapback] I bought an'05 Predator about 2 weeks ago. Overall, it's a very good trail bike, which is what I bought it for. I haven't taken it to the dunes yet. The front end does feel light & it will wheelie easily. Polaris has taken care of any design flaws they had in the '03 & '04 models, fit & finish & overall build quality seems good. The quad is a little porky on the scales, but it doesn't feel that way when riding it. It's a damn good jumper, with a killer shock set-up from the factory. I'm not used to the seat yet, feels funky compared to a 'Shee. It has decent power, but my '01 Shee will walk away from it in 5th & 6th gear. Quote

locogato11283 Posted May 20, 2005 Report Posted May 20, 2005 i had a predator before i bought the 450. i thought it was a pretty decent bike, just too damn heavy. its got plenty of power and if you could get about 50 lbs off of it, it would really fly...good thing is that you can pick them up cheap now since the new 450's came out. I had a deal worked out to trade my 90 shee for a 250r but it fell through. I'm giving the Predator alot of thought. The price is definetly nice. How did yours handle in the air Loco? Quote
