What I suggest is just playing roles with someone who would want to be in the controling part of the situation but will not actually hurt you physicly or mentally. Set it up so that if he has you handcuffed or roped up to a bed with a blindfold, that if he actaully hurts you or you want to stop doing something you say a key word..and if he doesnt stop just scream no..and if he still doesnt stop..you've just been raped.
