SEAT NUBBS?

Anybody have any extra seat "nubbs" Dont know what the hell they are called but the little rubber cushions that mount on the bottom of the seat and ride up against frame. there are four underneath the seat and im missing the front two.

If Fro don't have them you can order them from Yamaha for $1.15 each (thats what I did ).

I noticed the other day that I am missing one too. Who was it that posted a mod on here about making your own "nubs". anybody else remember that?

yea those bastards fall out of mine all the time i just ordered them from the stealership....i tryed hotgluing them but that dident work

I went to the local salvage yard and got a pair of hood bump stops from a car. I don't remember exactly what kind it was but I'm thinking it was a honda. They were solid rubber stops that thread into the hole, so they wont fall back out. I just installed them and trimmed them with a knife until the seat fit tight.

once you get them epoxy them bitches on......I've lost so many of them until I did this and havent lost one since.

I lost one on the front,so i ordered one from Yamaha,put in on and then the next day i lost the new i just put in.For some reason those front ones don't want to stay on.But thats the only one i ever lost.

Yea i've been missing the front two every since i bought it...i noticed it about a week after i got it...goddamn stealership ripped me off...Sorry, i had it out with mine and got asked to leave.....
