Kicker Rebuild Or Holyman Mod?
checkster replied to Justintoxicated's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
The oring will last. I spend 20 cents last year on mine and it lasted all season riding at least once a week. -
there was a sweet stainless motofast on ebay.........guy pulled the ad before i could bid. im looking to
-
i guess it depends on how good of a fabricator you are. to me, some motor mounts, rad mount, and moding a pipe are simple. I think the question you should ask yourself after if you should do it is can you do it. When you have to start outsourcing the work the price goes up pretty fast. If you have a cheap 250r motor available and you can all the work yourself id give it a shot. just my .02 check

Bought a lonestar +2 steering stem off of ebay and a lonestar fat bar antivibe clamp from another guy. the two are totally not matching. wnated some info before i email one of them and tell them its the wrong part. but i dont know which one is one.....im thinking its the clamp. anyone have a pic of a lonestar stem on there banshee. the hole to hole centerline distance on the stem mount is 3 15/16" and the antivibe clamp is 2 9/16" what gives? anyone have any info they can measure there stem and mount for me? checkster replied to trialsallday's topic in General Banshee Discussion

well i put +2+1 leagers on mine and axis front shocks and respring the rear with a minus 1 swinger.........I wont even ride my cousins banshee anymore. his has more mods and is faster, but i can smoke him on the mx course. compared to mine now, his banshee is like driving a tank.....seriously. best money i ever spent on my shee. check

im with ya! if they made lime green id buy them on the spot! i emailed maier about a year ago looking into getting them and they had a 10 set minimum for custom colors. front, rear, shroud and tank cover was like 8000 bucks......no shit im being serious. i dropped it there. figured i would buy 10 sets and sell 9, but for that money there is no way i would have recouped......like who gunna pay 800 bucks for maiers......LOL oh well. i did email that new place last week, lake plastics something like that. but they still have not answered my email. guess its just easier to ignore people. i cant understand how fullbore and maier and other cant make lime green and not think there are at least enough people out there to buy a set. check

3+2 or 4+1 front offset hiper beadlocks?
checkster replied to trialsallday's topic in General Banshee Discussion
wouldnt it be easier if they just used "backspacing" like on car wheels? so if stock is 3-2 that means what? is it 3" on the back and 2" on the front? or the other way around? check -

Looking at getting another truck. Not really sure if I am getting new or used. Depends on the deal I get I guess. Looking mostly at dodge and ford as they have solid axles in front(easy lifting) Looking at 3/4 ton, 4x4, with manual trans. I drive alot and wanted to know if any of you guys have any input mileage wise. Like 3.73 or 4.10 is better or worse? Manual or auto? 7.3 liter and a newer 6.0, or 5.9 dodge? Looking for a little input? What year was the 6.0 ford introduced? Went on the ford website last night and they dont even list a manual for the 6.0? Whats you combo, and mileage? Etc. any input wouls be greatly appreciated. check
