decon Posted August 25, 2004 Report Posted August 25, 2004 is it posiple to use toomey t5 silencers on some fmf fatty pipes? Quote
locogato11283 Posted August 25, 2004 Report Posted August 25, 2004 one way or another im sure it is. even if you have to make something to connect them im sure it can be done. hell they may even line right up. Quote
decon Posted August 25, 2004 Author Report Posted August 25, 2004 sounds like a plan. they should fit right in the pipe seals if im correct? Quote
mrmatt Posted August 25, 2004 Report Posted August 25, 2004 They will not fit together easily. You need to lengthen and straighten the stinger portion of the silencers. It will take a welder and a torch to make it work. But it will sound badass when you get it done. You will get the raw sound from the toomey silencers and all of that ping-ping sound from the FMF pipes. Quote

Screamin_Banshee Posted August 25, 2004 Report Posted August 25, 2004 If I remember correct FMF's will bolt up to stock silencers. If t3's will do the same, then ur all set! Anyone know this information? I think its a hell of an idea, should sound suuuhweet! Quote
decon Posted August 27, 2004 Author Report Posted August 27, 2004 can anyone get me a picture of the t3 silencers and stingers alone w/o the pipe? i need a side shot of the silencers and stingers connected, and a shot of the back of the silencers. Quote
tree shooter Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 i dunno about fattys, but my buddie has gnarly pipes and put t-5 silencers on and they fit right up. god rid of his ugly ass fmf silencers. Quote
BakoBanshee Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 is it posiple to use toomey t5 silencers on some fmf fatty pipes? That's exactly my set-up right now. Yes they do bolt right up, no mods needed. Quote
