i use a single 34mm mikuni flat slide powerjet on a custom setup and use a custom drilled(with number drills) jet, i cant remember the number drill size but it is over a mikuni 500 main jet. Also i have 100 on the powerjet.

220 main jet

52 pilot jet

5th clip on the needle

Does your bike flatten out on top or does it pull strong at full throttle? Your mods look about the same as mine with the exception of the compression. I would think I should have about the same jetting, but it pulls stronger with 175 main than it does with the 195.

You can't really look at it like that. One bike with the same mods as another can jet totally different. You may be just right at 175, I don't know, your plugs do. But just because your different than mine doesn't mean that's wrong. I'm actually unusually high for a similar modded bike. I'd say the average for a bike with similar mods would be 180 to 200.

Mine pulls like crackhead fiending SOB in the mid all the way through the top. I mean f'ing hard. :D I love the 5th clip in the needle, it lets it pull so strong, though I'ma hafta back it off some here when the weather warms some.

Ok, here's a different perspective to try to help you. Keep going bigger on the main, till it either fouls a plug or bogs out from richness. Forget about the power for right now or the flatness. If it's flat and keeps running smooth, no boggines, then go higher. Go as high as you can till it sputters out. If it's sputtering, pull the plug and look for oil. If oil is there, and it should be if you've gone up and it's sputtering, then back it off till it quits sputtering. You'll be pretty close then.
