I am going to add my tors removal kit tonight.

Want to make sure I do everything right, where do I drill the holes for the idle screws?

Is this correct?

I cant really see it on your pic but it faces out side the bike and is angled stock so you have to grind it flat in order to drill it. Check toomeys site I think they have good instructions on there.

You want to dril out the "circle" on the carb w/ the choke and the arrow on the other one. The idea is to have both screws accesable when carbs are installed correctly.

The circle on the carb in the left side of the pic would be on the inside when the carbs are installed and you will be very upset :( if you drill it there.

i just found the pic of carbs and circled them... I dont have pics of my own, digi cam has no juice left. I just realized that the left one in the picture is backwards, didnt catch that before I posted. So the if im looking at the carb with the choke on it (left carb) its the little circle peice that is in the very center left and right wise, and just about even with the gas line input.. correct?

When the carbs are on the bike, both idle screws will be on the outside. The holes are similiar on both sides of the carb, dont drill and tap the holes that already have threads in them.
