I have a KFX400 right now. A local shop has a complety redone 250r with powdercoated frame and pretty much every thing on it. My question is will i be sprry if i buy the 250r apose to the banshee. If I get the shee it will be brand new, On the other hand the 250r is a 89. Will I have problems with things breaking, which one will be better for me. I ride alittle MX and NO DUNES.

Ya man this is one is a tuffy. The 250R handles better and jumps better, im told (never rode one), but is blah in terms of boo-wah! (no power) also, maintaining a R is cheap and they are easy to tune (1 carb/cylinder/exaust!)

I am thinking of selling my shee to buy a good 250R

If your into racing MX. Then get the 250R. For everything else besides maybe deep mud get a banshee. I use mine for mainly trail riding and some jumping on my track out back, and i wouldnt trade it for anything but an other banshee. I dont think anything is as fun
