:shootself: Hi there i am writing this in need of any help or tips or past experiences with Toomey Racing. For the winter i have re-done my entire shee ( yes yes i will post pics for all of you) but hear is the catch. I got the Banshee Pro-Racer kit from Toomey Racing the T-5 pipes with the jetting etc... Well everything was going fine until the main fron right pipe. THe main fron right pipe just does not match up to the mounting bracket at all on my shee. And when i push it in to where it needs to go its hittin the frame and stressing the engine. As for the left side well IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE.. I was thinkin about calling Toomey on Monday when there open and fixing this problem, but i came to you guyz first just befor i make any calls. ANYONE ever had the same problem please give me some TIPS..

THANKS SO MUCH... PICS will be posted soon....

The T5's I put on went on both sides like you say your left one did. Somethings not right either with that pipe or maybe your bracket is out of line on your frame. If you don't have a bent frame bracket and pipe is in exhaust port correctly, about have to be the pipe, IMHO. Man, some of this stuff can be frustrating as hell, especially for the money you put in pipes. You'll get it though, hang in there.

let me first start off by saying that the girl you posted is so damn hot i stared at it for several minutes. now onto the pipes, i have had similar problems with toomey t5s before. here is the thing, my brother had a set on his banshee. they didnt seem to fit right and we had to cut the front fenders a little to make them fit. well about 3 months later i bought a set. they fit perfectly. no cutting or anything, they just bolted right up. go figure?? sad to say but all aftermarket parts are gonna fit differently. nerf bars are a big problem. something always seems to be wrong with them. id call up toomey and see if theyll hook you up. im sure they will.

Not every shee is built the same, hence the problem.

Toomey I thought fixed most of the problem when they went to a 3-part welding system with the pipes.

My right pipe is a pain to get around the frame but once its around its all good, I had to shave some of the bolt hole for my mounting bracket though.

When I bought my T-5's they said that they jig inspect each pipe, but that not every banshee is built the same (like firemann said). If you call them up, they should give you a Return Authorization number, then send it in. They will inspect it on their jig, but include where its hitting on the frame, and other problems that you have with the pipe. I'm sure Toomey will take care of you. I can't really remember a bad story about Toomey or his company.

I find it's easier to get them on with the mounts off, then put them on and rotate as needed. Put the stinger on last after you got the pipes on right. Your engine mounts might be worn. A good set of springs will keep the pipes in place.
