Jim at Passion told me that I should post a pic of my crate. He said that this is the right way to crate an engine. I use 1 by 3s for the frame work and 1/4" plywood for the cover and I tied the engine down with rope really tight so it wouldn't move.

where did ur engine go man??? you sent off an engine and got back some lumber?? :huh:

After all the shit that I have been threw it only took me about 45 seconds to get that bitch out of the box and in my quad haha I wasn't going to stop and take a pic with the engine still in the bike. I took them pics after I got her running haha

how does the shee run? big difference in power? I'm having Jim do just about what you have except with 66mm pistons and cpi inframes. I just need to get the money and then its off to Jim's master hands.

I just toss mine in a box and liberaly add styrofoam penuts until I'm bored. then I mail it 2nd rate freight and sit on the couch till it comes back.
